You are far from a nobody. To YAH, you are His. That makes you Him to everybody. You are the seed of Abraham, the true Israel. I will see you in eternity, wherever and whenever it may be.
I appreciate that, Geoff. #71 My Life article was for the purpose of embracing Galatians 6:3: "If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself."
Thank you so much for sharing! I lack the words to express the greatness of the promise God gave you, as you recorded in your journal. "When I am finished with you, you will be able to embrace your weaknesses and handle insults, stress, and imparted hatred with the power of Grace. In the end, you will shine for your acute ability to hear Me, understand the deeper Life, and lead others into like-minded Truth – even though in the world’s eyes, you will be a nobody."
It reminds me of Jesus who kept his focus on the joy that was set before him, and he endured.
God has carried you to this time of life and he will continue to carry you!
We need to realize this more than anything. I can honestly say my life has had the craziest good, bad, and ugly since I accepted Christ at 33 than before. I still have a lot to learn, but one thing I learned quickly is that not only did I not walk right because I was learning, but not everyone in the church did either. Everyone has their own path of learning and none of us go through it the same way. We have blind spots or might take a few times to learn something. It's natural.
I did not run to a friend's church when I got home after the weekend I was saved at mom's church because I like her. No. I went there because of all the Christian's I knew, she was the one that walked the walk and talked the talk. She also admitted to her own blunders with God and how God still blessed her anyway on some of them. I can thank God I wound up in a church my first year as a Christian with strong foundations and enough broken people who wanted to help each other find a relationship with Christ. I miss that church, but take those lessons to heart every day because eternity matters.

What an encouraging word you have offered. Keith, I appreciate you!

Well said, Althea. Your words are refreshing to my soul. Blessings to you!
And blessings to you. May God give you new refreshings every day even as He gives us plenty of lessons, too. :)
Good work. Thanks.
I appreciate your kind words!
