DR. STEPHEN PHINNEY
I stand before you today, not merely as a pastor, but as a prophet of the Most High Hebrew God, to proclaim the glorious VICTORY that awaits us with the forthcoming reign of our Lord and Savior, Yeshua/Jesus Christ. The time is near when the heavens will open, and the King of Kings will descend to establish His kingdom on earth - for 1,000 human years. This is not an imagined or self-manufactured dream or a mere hope; it is an ordained DIVINE promise, foretold in the Holy Word of God, and shall come to pass.
In the vision granted to the Apostle John, we see a glimpse of this glorious era, a thousand years of peace, a reign of justice and righteousness in & through the Life of Yeshua.
The forces of darkness will be bound during these thousand years, and the light of the authentic Christ will shine brighter than ever before. Imagine a world where wars cease, where nations live in harmony, and where the knowledge of the Lord fills the earth as the sea waters cover the earth, where VICTORY is experienced twenty-four hours a day.
Brother will deliver brother over to death, and the father his child, and children will rise against parents and have them put to death, and you will be hated by all for my name's sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. (Matthew 10:21-22)
As we prepare our hearts and minds for this Divine reign, remember that the Holy event of the RAPTURE will occur before our God allows His enemy, Satan, to rule the earth for seven short years before this glorious event. However, during the birth pangs of Satan’s rule, let us hold fast to our faith, knowing that our labor in the Lord is not in vain. The resurrection of the Saints, the binding of Satan, and the restoration of all things are not just events to come; they are the fulfillment of God’s eternal plan for His Son’s Bride.
In the meantime, let us rejoice and be glad, for the day of the Lord is at hand. Let us live in the indwelling LIFE of His coming, walking in His ways and spreading the good news of His kingdom. For soon, very soon, we shall see the King in all His glory, and we shall reign with Him forever and ever on the New Earth He is preparing for us.
The 1,000-Year Reign of Jesus Christ
The 1,000-year reign of Jesus Christ, also known as the Millennium, is a prophetic period described in the Book of Revelation. This era is characterized by Christ's reign on earth after His Second Coming, bringing authentic peace, eternal justice, and a righteousness that reflects the character of Yeshua. The Millennium is a pivotal event in authentic Christian eschatology, offering eternal hope and anticipation for believers who received the Holy Spirit and endured to the end.
Biblical Foundation
The primary scriptural basis for the Millennium is found in Revelation 20:1-6. In these verses, the Apostle John describes a vision in which Satan is bound for 1,000 years, and Christ reigns with His angels & Saints. This period is marked by the resurrection of the righteous, who will reign with Christ. The binding of Satan signifies the removal of evil influences, allowing for a time of unparalleled peace and prosperity. Israel will finally be at rest. She will experience the relentless fulfillment of promises made by God since Creation. Those who hated the Jews, will meet their MAKER, be judged, and condemned to the pit of Hell.
Since every word spoken is recorded in the Book of Life (Matthew 12:36-37), all those who insulted Israel will be “condemned.” All Jew haters descend to join the greatest Jew hater of all times - Satan.
Characteristics of the Millennium
Reign of Christ: Jesus Christ will rule as Yeshua the King, establishing His kingdom on earth. His reign will be characterized by justice, righteousness, and the ultimate rule of God’s Monarchy. The government will be based on God’s laws, and Christ’s authority will be absolute. Rebellion will not exist because Satan has been chained and bound to the bottomless pit for 1,000 years.
Resurrection of the Saints: The first resurrection will occur at the beginning of the Tribulation - at the time of the Rapture. The righteous dead (previous passed Saints) will be raised to life and will meet Yeshua in the air along with the Saints alive at the moment of the Rapture. All the Saints will return to the Earth with Yeshua at His Second Coming, including the 144,000 pure-bloodline Jews. This resurrection is a reward for their faithfulness and devotion.
Binding of Satan: Satan will be bound and imprisoned for the duration of the Millennium. This binding will prevent him from deceiving the nations and causing sin, confusion, and harm. The absence of Satan’s influence will contribute to the peace and harmony of this period.
Peace and Prosperity: The Millennium will be a time of unprecedented rest and prosperity. Wars will cease, and nations will live in harmony. The earth will be restored to its original pre-sin beauty, and there will be abundance for all.
Spiritual Renewal: The Millennium will be a time of pre-New Earth splendor, granting a snapshot of the New Earth to be revealed at the end of the 1,000-year Reign. People will spontaneously seek God and His ways, and there will be a widespread acceptance of Christ’s teachings and leadership. The knowledge of the Lord will fill the earth, and all will rejoice in Yeshua’s presence.
Eternal Victory
The 1,000-year reign of Jesus Christ is a profound and hopeful aspect of the VICTORY promised through God’s eschatology. It is a demonstration of the fulfillment of God’s promises and the ultimate triumph of righteousness over evil. The Millennium offers believers a vision of a future where Christ reigns supreme, and justice and righteousness prevail. This period serves as a reminder of God’s sovereignty and the hope of eternal life with Him.
I hope this essay provides a comprehensive overview of the final victory during the 1,000-year reign of Jesus Christ. If you have any specific questions or would like to discuss any part of it further, feel free to ask!
In the mighty name of Yeshua, we declare victory over every trial, every challenge, and every adversary. For in Him, we are more than conquerors, and through His sacrifice, we have been redeemed, restored, and empowered. Let us stand firm in our faith, knowing that the battle has already been won, and the glory of the Lord shines upon us. With Yeshua as our King, we walk in triumph, for His love, grace, and power are our eternal strength. Hallelujah!
