Jesus is coaching you up, encouraging you to deal with conflict head-on, guiding you to make necessary and proper adjustments, and strengthening you to keep doing what is right in Christ.
One of my favorite NT texts is "Jesus came full of grace and truth." These two facets of the Gospel, indeed of all of the Christian life, embody to me the best description of a mature leader. Of course, that leader's maturity in grace, and maturity in the truth of the Gospel, is another area of discussion . What does the mature leader look like, and conduct himself like in these two areas and most importantly how is he leading/nurturing/discipling others both out of these two "crown jewel gems" and towards them.
Please consider writing a statement on your beliefs of an ideal leader. I would enjoy reading your wisdom. Thanks.
