Coming from a man who has spent many years avoiding problems, this lesson has become so personal that it has formed in me a belief that all trials I encounter are the gateway of testing faith.
Folks, thanks for the restacks of my latest, MY LIFE: Problems, Problems. Problems are often viewed as obstacles, but it’s important to remember that they can also be opportunities for growing in Christ. Each problem we face presents a chance to learn, grow, and depend on Jesus. By tackling problems head-on through His power, we can gain valuable skills and experience that help us navigate future challenges. So, the next time you encounter a problem, don’t shy away. Embrace it as a friend & opportunity and watch the Life of Christ be released!
Thanks, Emma. It took me a while to accept the beauty of that particular event. Giving my own life for the Gospel is one thing, but knowing others pay the price for my preaching - well, that is another level I never considered. Soon, I will release a "MY LIFE" titled "The King and I." It is a beautiful story of a friendship I had with a king up until he passed to be with the Lord.
I, on the other hand have walked into one mess after another. I know without a doubt that what I was doing was wrong. Ultimately it has led me to seek out a relationship with Him. His Grace and Mercy is without a doubt the most beautiful and loving thing that is bestowed on us who, unlike yourself has tried to be the best a person can be. I would not want to have witnessed what you did. But you had the Holy Ghost speaking what needed to be heard by those who were saved that day. Those Christians who died that day will be living forever with our Lord and Savior and that is what He, through you accomplished.
Do you ever wish you knew what was said? I would wonder how many others came to know the Lord that you aren’t aware of? We often do not know what we say that may benefit someone else when, as with me it finally clicked 18 years ago.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom and knowledge with us. I’m looking for the positive in this incredible story of what it means to listen to God when he speaks, no matter what. 💖🙏
Well said, Deborah. I have witnessed many suffering Saints hold up under severe persecution. It is a sight to behold. A few years ago, one of our ministry's missionaries in Ethiopia was sharing my identity tract with a man in prison behind bars. A guardsman slit his throat on video and sent it to me, hoping it would threaten me. As I watched the life drain from his precious life, he had a smile on his face. He gave his life for Truth - Jesus. I will never forget that smile.
He knew where he was going. When you see the life drain from a person, one that has always belonged to God, it’s an experience that stays with you. My mother in law was as if she was seeing things we couldn’t see. Her smile was radiant and she was reaching for something or someone we could not see, but she was in a different place and I felt peace in her passing 💕
My mother-in-law had the exact same experience. She reached toward Heaven with arms opened wide, while in a comma, and moments later, passed into the arms of Jesus.
Well, we are working on a documentary of MY LIFE autobiography. However, one of our Substack writers is using my story as a lead character in a three-part novel. I will honor any type of media or publications that help advance the Life of Jesus. We all have a story, and it must be told.
Well, Geoff, I can tell you - few respond like Jesus did. Most can't handle negative feedback on a Substack feed. It all starts by releasing Jesus from within when an opposer rejects us for what we believe. Those are who I watch. Light rejection, magnified to gunpoint, is the same, and so is the response.

Stephen, your testimony is overwhelming. Well done for your obedience. Your yielding to Christ Jesus in that moment continues to bear fruit even now.
Those precious men are also safe in Jesus' arms. God bless you.

I can only imagine how hard that would have been.
I look forward to reading it Stephen, it sounds lovely! Your testimonies are a blessing to read. God is good!
It pains me to say that without suffering, I never ever would have become the man God called me to be.
The light that shined in that prison was not extinguished...
Well said, Keith.

Thank you, what a story. A wonderful way to live the gospel.
Thanks, Dennis. Our story is His story - or should be.
That’s an incredible story, truly inspirational, can be a great film too

Amazing to see the work done by you and others on here. So glad I’m on this platform now.
I am glad YOU are on this platform. Thanks for all that you do as a writer.
Thank you, will be doing my best, having inspirational people like you on here that I can learn from helps a lot!
Those are my sentiments exactly. We all learn from each other.
I have never experienced real suffering at the hands of an oppressor. I do not know how I would react, but I trust in Yah that it will be as you have.

I’m guilty of that. I’ll give Him the opportunity to respond next time. Point well taken. Thanks.
Amazing!🙏
