Please share your favorite moment with your father. Mine is the Sunday afternoons my father taught me how to be a race-car driver: many crashes and laughs.

Our family traveled extensively and lived overseas. In most things, dad was fearless; I was able to rest in his confidence and enjoy our travels in spite of the challenges.

Dad made some very difficult decisions for my benefit, which happened to help save my life as a result. When he was gone, I found some paperwork which included a pile of bills which he paid, due to these decisions. He never mentioned this to me.

From a young age, he taught me about the spiritual issues of life, my savior, and the scriptures. This provided the foundation for fellowship with my Heavenly Father.

I'm very thankful for my dad!

Wow! Thanks, Keith, for sharing this story. What a blessing to have a faithful father who deeply cared about your spiritual life. That is certainly one thing my father was not capable of doing.
