END TIMES: Deconstruction of Truth

I have been in the world of eschatological studies for more years than I want to admit. I have studied some of the finest theologians. I have debated droves of Wanna-Be opinionates. I have encountered stupid people as well as brilliant minds. My conclusion is - no one understands the mind of Christ unless they possess His mind through His indwelling.
THE SELF-OPINIONATED VOTE ‘NO’
The general view of the End Times has been a premillennial, dispensationalist view of eschatology (the study of the End Times). While this has been the more stable & predominant view of the End Times through the ages, a new “Christian view” has emerged in modern times - humanistic premillennialism. Needless to say, standardized premillennialism is fading into the woke Christian worldview.
Classic premillennialism embraced and taught the end is nigh and the world - politics included - will grow increasingly depraved, while catastrophic events will increase the closer we get to the Rapture. The hinge verse premill believers adhere to is Matthew 24:42.
Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. (Matthew 24:42)
Even though this verse speaks of Christ’s Second Coming and not the Rapture, the Christian masses illogically connect this to the times leading up to the Rapture. They are two separate events. Since little is stated regarding warning signs announcing the Rapture, the predominant culture of the day propels an End Times worldview according to their self-justified views. Here are a few examples:
A REBRANDING OF RECONSTRUCTIONISM
The basic facts are relative to the darkened minds of a non-indwelt person. Depraved minds reject an imminent apocalypse, noting it as illogical. All human minds need a categorical foundation to center opinions, as in atheism, liberal, conservative, pre, mid, and post-millennial views. Among the most depraved views within the human mind is overcoming the idea that the world will end soon - a horrific thought that blocks the personal pursuit of stability and prosperity. On the “Christian” side, this all results in the new “Christian” worldview of eschatology - take dominion in His name.
For this depraved view of God’s sovereignty to prosper, the thinker must integrate American self-governed ideologies with Biblical views of freedom. The view refutes the harsh prophetic utterances of God - that the world’s end is upon humanity, calling it eschatology of defeat. Their madness method advances the self-life, taking control of politics, churches, and individualized economy. The thinking behind this stinky thinking propagates a new theology that Christians own the world. Those of us who adhere to old-school theology we call this group Reconstructionist.
Christian reconstructionism is a fundamentalist Christian Woke theonomic movement. It developed primarily after the present-day cultural movements dominated “Christian thought.” They maintain a distinction of spheres of authority between self, family, church, and state. While they claim it is for Jesus, the hidden agenda is cemented in the “we the people” need to reconstruct the world that unbelievers made degenerate. The bottom line is their view reinforces the need to prepare the world for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ by purifying the world before He gets here. However, this leads to several major Biblical violations.
God turned the world over to Satan, to his ownership, until Jesus came to set up His Millennial Reign. It is not to be reconstructed, but rather create an anticipation for the NEW Heaven & Earth, which He alone prepares.
The prophecies clearly detail that Jesus will destroy the present earth and its atmospheric heavens shortly before He delivers the new Heaven and Earth. Reconstruction then became a theonomic movement of the anti-Christ.
God requires all believers to honor and submit to governing authorities until His Second Coming (Romans chapter 13). Reconstructionist theology types refuse to adhere to this mandate. Thus, they endeavor to create a self-governed system of authority that does NOT answer to existing authority.
Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed, respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed. (Romans 13:7)
This passage is not only refuted; it is the battlefield of their modalities. Reconstructionists are so deluded by their beliefs that, in my experience, they are impossible to reason with. Anytime I bring up the importance of the mandate of Romans chapter thirteen, they agree, only IF, the authority is reasonable and God-honoring. However, they always go mute when I lead them to:
Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the unjust. For this is a gracious thing, when, mindful of God, one endures sorrows while suffering unjustly. (1 Peter 2:18-19)
Reconstructionism is wokism in sheep’s clothing. It is a blending of modern antiauthority with supposed Biblical motives. They fear that if they do not fight, the enemy of God will win in the end. Not considering the authentic Biblical view that God Himself allows the enemy to rule the earth for seven short years, which ends in Christ coming to reestablish His reign on the corrupt earth - not in man’s fruitless reconstruction attempts. Reconstruction emphasizes humanity. Believing that Jesus is about to destroy human efforts of self-reconstruction is the most painful mode of thinking they can imagine. Furthermore, it deludes the idea that Not I, but Christ is the beginning of trusting the Only authority of Heaven and Earth.
The current influence of woke Christianity is mind-bending. As an aged eschatologist, I know the average mind will do a blow-by with this warning. People who call themselves Christians will return to their habits of changing the world versus embracing the world’s condition as a sign of the appearance of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13). Most will get back on their social networks and propagate, blame, and do shout outs of their greatest fears - humanity is losing control. Negating the prophetic reality that all these things are birth pangs of the coming Rapture and the Second Coming of our Groom.
As for those who advance reconstructionism, well, I will let Jesus address that issue when He was face-to-face with a reconstructionist of His era:
Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.” (John 18:36)
Believer, if you want to fight, fight the errors of our age, errors that propagate human efforts to change a world that has already been handed over to the Antichrist. Anything outside of this is reconstructionism.
This is a cracker Stephen. I am reminded of the great question of Pilot to Jesus; “What is truth?” In this question is the foundation of spiritual war. You help keep me at the feet of Jesus.
I admit openly here that I have been more in the reconstructionist camp, but you have given me much to pray about here. People like Eric Metaxas are very persuasive, but I bow to your deeper understanding and the indwelling Jesus stirring my soul. I agape Yahweh with all I am. I am teachable as a result.
