I personally thank you all for the "hearts" and restacks. Christ’s indwelling compassion is a corner post of His Life and mission. His empathy for us frail humans is manifested in our weakness - proof of His boundless love for all people, saved or not. Jesus's profound compassion is my lifeblood. As indwelt believers in Christ, we are called to emulate His compassion by releasing His Life. How cool is that?

This is quite opposite to some attitudes and beliefs I have encountered. Most in this group are ashamed of their suffering and hide. Yet, Paul did indeed write "...I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake..."

Jesus suffered for us - see Hebrews chapters 2 and 4.

I know this is true, because I have experienced this. I don’t claim to truly understand the how and why of suffering as Grace poured out; I am not privileged to have the understanding of the mystery of suffering, but I just know what I know- suffering produces endurance, endurance produces fruit. Things change. Prayers are answered—even unprayed ones.
