My flesh wants to penalize and condemn the offenders. However, I know He wants to love the wicked and righteous with the same love He redeemed the horrific abusers of the past. Folks, we need to save the children!

Those who feel too helpless to confront this issue - remember who is our source for wisdom!

James 1:5–8

[5] If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. [6] But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. [7] For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; [8] he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. (ESV)

This is so relevant (and important!), yet easily ignored. I know it’s hard to face it, but the statistics are there so we can be informed, not scared; so we can respond and not be silenced. Keith says it well...heavenly wisdom alone will guide us in this difficult reality. Our dear Lord is ready to give His wisdom abundantly so we can do what is right in His sight. #SavetheChildren

So, I challenge all of our readers; which side are you on? Are you going to be one of God’s protectors of His children? Or are you going to keep a blind eye to this horrific problem? If this task seems daunting to you, then choose for yourself this day whom you will serve and stand for. The challenge is for all of us. I hope you will join me in hearing the Lord while doing what He empowered you to do. Get involved. If you do, you will join the God of the Hebrew people in defending His precious children. Thanks, Tiff, for your comment. It is well placed.
