Thank you all for the hearts. I am excited about this essay series. I have been researching this topic for several years - just now putting it to the keyboard.

We are empowered by understanding our history. I am not American, but fascinated by its positioning in Scripture as the second beast. Born to be an overcomer, but succumbed to Satan. Come Lord Jesus, come!

I love history even more than the present. It tells us a story of how history tends to repeat itself.

I’m looking forward to your reviews . While I am not as deeply versed in all political issues , I know one thing for sure . I always seek after God and therefore want those in power to also . What is God’s way in all the issues ? That reveals my vote far more than social , political , contrived other issues . I am pleased to study your analyses .

My focus will be on the statements made by our leaders that prove their reliance on God the Father and God the Son. It should be a fun series.

Wow, that is quite an extensive and interesting project! Personally, I think it will provide an excellent resource for those who begin the work of rebuilding the country - should that opportunity be secured in the near future.

I really appreciate that you clearly express the reasons, your heart for the series.

The paraphrase of Revelation 3:15-17 is spot on. The only way this nation will ever achieve the potential it aspires to, is if the citizens exercise strict and consistent self-control, self-governance over themselves! The pinnacle of self-governance is expressed in becoming born-again and living by the indwelling of the gift of holy spirit.

There is a question, perhaps a challenge implied regarding the leaders of our nation. Do those who attain the presidency do so with the "permission" of "Babylon the great" (Revelation 17:4 - 6), or does he wrest the seat of power from her?

God is in control of placing the righteous and unrighteous in positions of power. One leads to the setup of the prophetic role of the Antichrist, which must occur and the other is to remind the masses to serve God over humanity.
