Mrs. Phinney, thank you for a beautifully written experience of your life as a Mother. I deeply admire Mothers, as that is a core need in our society today. Dads are equally needed, desperately, but what women can physically do in birthing children, is immense. I deeply regret aborting both my children back in 1973, one right after the other. While I think Motherhood is perhaps not suited for all women, I did not take the time to consider but rather acted in fear and torment. I think of my own dear Mom, who prayed for a daughter. I arrived...late as usual...but had just short of 14 years with her, when overnight, she died of a massive stroke. She brought me to Christ in childhood and I sadly wandered for a long time. I returned to God and now I write! I still think of her and look forward to seeing her again in Glory. Thank you for the efforts you made with your daughters, it is HUGE. Dr. Phinney is an honorable man of God and you two are a wonderful example of Godly people. WEW
