Have you ever wondered if child trafficking was operational in the Old Testament? Have you wondered why the gods of Satan target our children? Why does God’s enemy hate & use children to gain global control? If you have questions like these, you are not alone. And, yes, there are answers to these complex questions. OLD TESTAMENT CHILD TRAFFICKING

The term “child trafficking” is a modern-day descriptive of an aged-old obsession with God’s greatest enemy - Satan. The Serpent began attacking children’s minds as early as Adam & Eve’s son, Cain, who was overwhelmed with the temptation to kill Abel. As far as Biblical history, this is the first recorded episode of Satan using children to destroy the righteous & innocent people of God. While this appears as illogical, Satan counted on one thing - capturing the minds of children is far easier than that of adults.

From authentic research, here is how traffickers turn innocent children into perpetrators.

When the conservative masses look at prostitutes, they typically respond with disgust, harshness, and judgment. The same group classically views this industry with murderous thoughts, minimally, with a vengeance. While I get that, people forget that every one of those perpetrators was innocent children in the beginning. If we look at the end product of “pimps” brainwashing their victims, we WILL lose sight of the compassion of the Lord. I always keep this in play when addressing this problem.

First, the “pimps” and their kidnappers all start out as innocent children. After Satan sears their conscience through culture, abuse, and hatred, they default to advancing the conditions that caused them to slip into depravity. Once this is accomplished, money becomes the driving force to sell the innocent to the guilty. Child trafficking is the result.

Secondly, many of these traffickers refine their skills in brainwashing children. Step one - they master the art of “parental love.” While this is artificial in nature, they create a “safe” environment for the captured children through fake acceptance. During this phase, they touch the children to arouse sexual pleasure associated with captivity.

Step two - now that the children are confused regarding touch and “love,” the perpetrator establishes loyalty to perceived parenthood. In this phase, the children become dependent on the “parent” while being molested by multiple sexual abusers. The children gradually shift the loyalty of their natural parent(s) to that of the perpetrator. Through this “loyalty,” the children begin to please their newly established authority versus the memories of their natural parent(s). When children have little or no previous loyalty to their natural parent, they often become future leaders within the trafficking industry.

Step three - the children become perpetrators of the abuse that capture them. Once the children become attached to the pleasures & attention of sexual exploitation, each child becomes dependent on the acts of abuse to fulfill hidden memories of “love” & “acceptance.”

In the case of resistant children, most are killed or drugged to force dependence on the “pimp” for a lifestyle of drug usage or fear that the perpetrators will kill family members they once expressed loyalty. Thus, forced prostitution is born. In either case, the captured children become members of society most look upon in disgust.

OLD TESTAMENT SEX SLAVES

Allow me to regress into one of the Biblical stories of prophecy. During the age of King Ahab and Queen Jezebel, who ruled Israel for a short period, God noted this - they did evil in the sight of the Lord (1 Kings 16:30; 21:25). In fact, God said in 1 Kings 16:33 - Ahab did more to provoke the Lord God of Israel to anger than all the kings of Israel who were before him. One of the more historical adventures that Ahab took on was building the pagan temple of Baal - a god that demanded the sacrifice of innocent (pure) children. Each of these children was to be of the age of matriculating sexual pleasures, but yet were virgins. The sacrificed child was mystically offered to Baal for the pleasure of being the first to break the seal of the virginity of each child. It is here we discover the obsession of modern child traffickers.

In the case of the traffickers of Baal, God sent the prophet Elijah. God used this prophet to rain down consequences for the deplorable deeds Ahab and Jezebel promoted - droughts, famine, and a host of other disciplines. Since Ahab blamed Elijah for these destructions, he released Jezebel to use her mystical hatred of the Hebrew God to massacre most of the Lord’s prophets, outside of Elijah and 150 other prophets who hid in a cave with the help from Obadiah (1 Kings 18:4) and replaced them with prophets (traffickers) of Baal.

After Elijah meets with Ahab to warn him of God’s soon-coming revenge, Elijah set up a challenge - a decree, a showdown between himself and the prophets of Baal and Asherah. Ahab, in his arrogance, agreed. Thus, the famous standoff between the prophet Elijah vs. the prophets of Baal. The test begins.

In this worldly dark moment, God empowers Elijah to perform one of the greatest miracles noted in the Old Testament. Standing and representing the true Israel, Elijah faced off with the prophets of Baal, each praying to their god and asking for fire from heaven to burn the sacrifice on the altar. The real-deal God would show His full colors.

The prophets of Baal went first. When these traffickers called upon their ‘god,’ as expected, nothing happened. In sorrow, they cut upon themselves and cried out to Baal for hours. As 1 Kings 18:26 says, There was no voice; no one answered.

Then it was Elijah’s turn.

To keep things creative, Elijah had Ahab’s people saturate the altar with 12 pots of water, one for each tribe. With a calm peace, Elijah called out to God.

“O LORD, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that you are God in Israel, and that I am your servant, and that I have done all these things at your word. Answer me, O LORD, answer me, that this people may know that you, O LORD, are God, and that you have turned their hearts back.” (1 Kings 18:36-37)

As predicted, a pillar of fire came down from Heaven and consume the altar, wet wood and all. The results? All of Ahab’s people fell on their faces and worship the true God of Israel. Now my favorite part. Elijah had all the prophets of Baal seized, brought them down to the brook of Kishon, and slaughtered them. As one might guess, this infuriated Jezebel, the great prostitute of Israel. This one event set off a downward path that leads to the death of Jezebel and the repentance of Ahab.

The circumstances surrounding Elijah’s day in the sun, or should I say a fire, are almost exactly what our modern issues are with child sex trafficking. Not only are the people of this age ambivalent regarding the millions of children being offered to this modern-day Baal, but they are also rejecting God from every side. As a result, I, as a little-known prophet, cried out to the Lord with these words:

Dear Lord, save our children. Bring down Your Holy fire upon the abusers of our children. If it doesn’t restore them, let it destroy them. If Your gift of Grace is ignored, allow that Grace to free those held captive by these modern-day prophets of Baal. Supernaturally bind the efforts of the Jezebels that prep the children to become prostitutes. Bring destruction down upon all the pimps and sex-crazed recipients. Set aflame hope in the hearts of the captives. Move on the hearts of interested onlookers to stand up for their helplessness. I ask, in the name of Jesus, to end child sex trafficking once and for all. Reduce the nations to ashes if that is what it takes. Destroy the altar of Baal one more time. I look forward to the return of Elijah to finish the work of punishing the author and perpetrator of the acts of Baal. In the name of Jesus, I pray - amen.
