THE LOGIC IN KEEPING MY WRITINGS FREE
In the spirit of open knowledge and Biblical inspiration, I am committed to keeping my biblical articles & media accessible and free to the public. I believe that the wisdom and insights contained within these writings should be shared freely, fostering a community of learning, discussion, and spiritual growth. Everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, should have the opportunity to explore and engage with these profound biblical teachings - inspired by the Holy Spirit. Let’s journey together through these timeless posts, discovering and understanding the rich heritage of the Word of God and our shared spiritual adventures in Christ.
I am of the belief that the Holy Spirit should not be copyrighted or associated with financial gain. However, since publishers typically require copyright ISBN numbers, I respect their publishing guidelines. The reason I use self-publishing is for the purpose of giving the books away without charge. I am also of the belief that my writings do not belong to me - they are owned and managed by the Lord Jesus Christ. The words were freely given to me; thus, I shall freely give them away.
MY LOGIC IN PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS
I view paid subscriptions as a way to sustain a writer’s labor. For the Scripture says, "YOU SHALL NOT MUZZLE THE OX WHILE HE IS THRESHING," and "The laborer is worthy of his wages." (1 Timothy 5:18) Many writers write as an occupation. I am one of them. My only income comes from generous subscribers and donors who support my labor unto the Lord. I view paid subscriptions as a channel to sustain the writer’s bottom line.
In saying that, any content, writings, or media you desire to obtain, simply let me know and I will make sure you receive them without charge - even my published books.
For those of you who are paid subscribers, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your giving keeps my hands on the keyboard, food on my table, and pay the bills that keep us doing what we do. Thank you!
