Dr. David Jeremiah | Viral Infection

Dr. Jeremiah has been under the care of doctors for a viral infection for the past couple of weeks. Your prayers would be deeply appreciated.

As many readers know, Dr. David Jeremiah is my primary mentor. His friendship, teachings, and ministry are the backbone of much of my knowledge and wisdom regarding the topic of the End Times. Below is the official statement of his medical condition that will affect his “Live” appearances that might affect some of you. Plus, I request your prayers for his healing. Thank you for your willingness to intercede for him, his family, and his ministry. -Stephen Phinney

Dr. David Jeremiah, founder of Turning Point for God broadcast ministry and pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church, has been under the care of doctors for a viral infection for the past couple of weeks. While his prognosis is good, and he is improving every day, one side effect of this virus is impaired mobility, and the doctors have advised that travel could be challenging. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution and to ensure maximum healing, Dr. Jeremiah will regretfully be postponing his September and October events and appearances.
 
To all those who were planning to attend his fall events, we appreciate your support and understanding, and Dr. Jeremiah looks forward to being with you soon. He is in good spirits and otherwise in excellent health, and he will be back to recording radio and television programming soon. We ask that you pray alongside Dr. Jeremiah as his new fall teaching series and book, The Great Disappearance, launches this fall. In a statement Dr. Jeremiah said, “I pray that anyone who hears or reads this new series becomes so thrilled with this topic that they’ll keep it at the forefront of their minds. We must teach these things to our children and grandchildren and share them with others.”
 
Dr. Jeremiah was looking forward to hosting this event in Charleston and is disappointed it will not happen now. However, he believes God knows best and hopes to be with you in the near future. Turning Point will work with the arena staff and all guest artists to reschedule the event for a future date in 2024 and will keep ticket holders updated. Please be aware that due to the nature of broadcasting deadlines pre-recorded promos for upcoming events are unable to be pulled back in some areas and may continue to air.
 
To the people of Charleston, the local churches, radio stations, and all those who were planning to attend, we appreciate your support, understanding, and prayers. We hope you’ll stay up to date with this series as Dr. Jeremiah reaches the world with the hope of the Gospel, and we are only pausing as Dr. Jeremiah takes time to heal before heading back out on the road better than ever.
